Term of the Day: Agile Vs Waterfall
Agile and Waterfall are two methodologies used in software development and project management. Agile is iterative, allowing for more flexibility and adaptation as the project progresses, with work divided into sprints. Waterfall, on the other hand, is linear and sequential, where each phase must be completed before the next one begins, making it less flexible to changes.
"When we started our software project, we debated between Agile and Waterfall methodologies. We chose Agile because we knew our requirements might evolve, and indeed, the ability to adapt quickly to client feedback in each sprint has been invaluable."
